The Institute for Strategy Complexity Management (ISCM) is an institute for research and education with focus on scenario building and complex decision-making simulations.

ISCM works with governmental and business leaders at international and national levels to help them make better decisions. Our award winning ViewPoint Model (VPM) methodology and Impact Analyzer software is considered to be leading in the field of risk analysis, scenario building and simulations.

For this reason we participate in international, complex projects as advisors, trainers and facilitators.
